Workshop The ART of TOUCH
An experience in the realm of conscious connection and intimacy. Through the right touch our body gets nurtured & the nerve system regulated. We start first with the opening of the SOUL connection trough eye gazing exercises like white tantric or KINDRED meditation. Then diving a step deeper through mindful touch of the body in various guided exercises and some free flow practices. In a safe space feeling held and being able to surrender and receive. And where the energy of the giver is coming from an aware & heartfelt space.
